A long awaited panel has stirred it’s fair amount of different tracks’ interests, those being but are not limited to: design, interactive, and music. During A$AP Rocky and Using Design "Differently" to Make a Difference American rapper A$AP Rocky spoke with Gorden Wagener, CDO of Daimler AG and established a strong cross section between the hip-hop community and culture within luxury design as it applies to branding.
A$AP Rocky speaks about his newest brand alignment and interdisciplinary design project with Mercedes Benz;

Performing artists as brands... and their music? A key piece to the artist’s entity, and brand as the landscape shifts; music is now less transactional and more a part of the bigger picture. Artists are the tastemakers, exhibitioners and cultural attachés to what is. What is relevant and aligns with the visionary artists and designers of the future must be noted by creative industry professionals.
